ILWOO INDUSTRIAL CO.,LTD is one of the top 3 extrusion company in South Korea, which produces lots of big size HDPE pipes, corrugated pipes, and winding pipes. During production, there may have some big size waste pipes and big lumps, the diameter is max. 1200mm.
Considering production and recycling needs, Xinbei’s horizontal shredder and crusher unit perfectly meets their needs. When the machine arrives, professional engineer team from Xinbei was there helping assembling and machine testing. The crusher was located under ground to save space while crushed chips will be sucked up in silo for final collection.
Compared with similar products in the market, this system is more intelligent and automation. Raw material is free cutting ,greatly save labor and improve production efficiency.
