PT. TIFICO FIBER INDONESIA TBK is a leading fiber production company located in Tangerang Jakarta. This is project is specially designed for waste PET fiber(long and short) recycling.
Fiber is normally very tiny in diameter and long size, waste fiber is particularly difficult to deal with considering the form of multiple winding.
XB-L64160 model is specially designed for these tiny fiber waste, the blades distance could reach less 0.3mm which ensure no shaft winding during cutting. In the mean time, this hopper moving design enable operators to feed freely. Compared with former frequent overload stopping, this new machine free the hands of the all guys in plant. At the same time, they get a happy 3tons/hr capacity with 160KW main motor.
