Assamra Co., Ltd. Is a leading recycling enterprise located in Kelang, Malaysia. In old days, they choose big crusher for dirty film crushing, but the capacity and blade maintenance frequency is big pain points. They have to stop several times sharpening blades everyday. Thus production is not continuous and lines after it suffers.
After choosing Xinbei’s mass capacity single shaft shredder, Assamra is able to reach 5,000kg/h pure capacity. Moreover, the can use a folk truck to feed shredder, which save 4 labors who keeps feeding crusher in past days. Also shredder blades gives them 2 months service life, operators are very happy freeing from frequent blades sharpening, also next stage machines get continuous and stable source to proceed.
